Summary
As an AI Governance Specialist, you’ll lead risk assessments of AI systems, perform audits on machine learning models, and help ensure client compliance with emerging federal AI regulations and ethical frameworks. You will work closely with compliance officers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to align AI deployments with accountability standards and legal obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct algorithm audits for bias, transparency, and performance
Develop and implement AI risk and compliance frameworks
Interpret federal and international AI governance policies
Collaborate with legal, data science, and cybersecurity teams
Support client readiness for AI-related audits and certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI auditing, model governance, or data ethics
Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or similar frameworks
Strong analytical and policy interpretation skills
US federal project experience is a plus

CMMC Compliance Auditor
Location: Washington, D.C.
Clearance: Active Secret or TS (Preferred)

Summary
We are seeking a CMMC Compliance Auditor to conduct audits, gap analyses, and readiness assessments for clients preparing for Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1–3. This role requires hands-on experience with NIST 800-171 controls, FCI/CUI environments, and a strong understanding of defense industrial base (DIB) cybersecurity requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site and remote CMMC readiness assessments
Conduct gap analyses against CMMC, NIST 800-171, and DFARS requirements
Review and validate client documentation (SSP, POA&M, incident response plans)
Provide detailed audit reports and remediation recommendations
Liaise with client IT, compliance, and leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CMMC assessments or NIST 800-171 audits
Familiarity with DFARS 252.204-7012, 7019, and 7020 clauses
Excellent written communication and reporting skills
Active Secret or TS clearance preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

Preferred Qualifications
